Message	or inspection company to go check out the car. I've seen posts in the past and if a TT.net member lives nearby, maybe they could check out the car, even if it cost you a few bucks, it' worth the cost. There are inspection companies wthat will do a basic inspection, but odds are the inspector will not be a mechanic. Google.com for auto inspection co's, there is one firm is listed on eBaymotors. I bought a NA off eBay to restore and sell, went to check it out personally. I can email the auction page to you if you like ( still looks rough, but better). But like Robo and the others have said, don't do it blindly. There are Escrow service on eBay, the fee is like 3%.
